Ubuntu Humanitarian Impact Award (UHIA)
This award is an initiative from The Australian African Foundation for Retention and Opportunity (AAFRO), marking the first time the organization is recognizing other organizations or teams for their commitment to cultural responsiveness and inclusivity.
The selected winning organisation or team member will receive a free training voucher valued at $3,000 for AAFRO cultural training for up to 16 staff members from their organisation to celebrate and upskill their team. This includes from leadership level to frontline staff.
